Thor: The dark world is a superhero film 5that was released in 2013. It features a character from marvel comics who plays the role of Thor. The film was produced by marvel studios. It is the second film after Thor which was released in 2011. It was directed by Alan Taylor and written by Joss Whedon. The screen play of Thor: The dark world was done by Christopher Markus, Christopher Yost and Stephen McFeely. The film features Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth, Tom Hiddleston, Ray Stevenson, Jaimie Alexander, Kat Dennings, Rene Russo, Idris Elba and Anthony Hopkins. The film was developed in April 2011. After production, the film was converted to 3D.

It premiered in Odeon Leicester square on October 2013. It was a success bringing forth gross of $630 million. It starts several years ago whereby Bor who is the father of Odin gets into a clash with dark elf Malekith. The dark Elf is after destroying the universe. Bor manages to conquer the forces of Malekith and he goes ahead to protect the Aether. Unfortunately, Malekith and some of his members manage to escape without Bor knowing.

The villains in this film are the dark elves. They pursue Aether which is a deadly substance that is red and black. This Aether makes its way into earth. It syncretizes with Jane who is the love of Thor in waiting. Thor’s job is a tough one because he has to crash the alien heads. Chris Hemsworth is the lead actor playing the role Thor. Thor: The dark world starts with Chris Hemsworth lands on the British platform. There is no end to the thrill that this movie has to offer. It gets bigger and better and you will be left wondering what will happen next. You will not be able to help but watch it.
