The wolf of Wall Street is a black comedy that was directed by Martin Scorsese. It is based on the Memoir of Jordan Belfort. The film was released on December 2013. Terence Winter is the screen play writer. Leonardo DiCaprio who plays the role of Belfort is the star in this film. He engages in corruption in the 1990s. Mathew McConaughey and Jonah Hill are also featured in this film. Other characters I this film include: Margot Robbie, Kyle Chandler, Jon Bernthal, Rob Reiner, Jon Favreau, jean Dujardin, Jake Hoffman, Shea Whigham, Kenneth Choi, P.J. Byrne, Spike Jonze, Ethan Suplee, Brian sacca, Madison McKinley, Sharon Jones, Martin Klebba, Aya Cash, Barry Rothbart, Rizwan Manji and Stephen Kunken among others.

The wolf of Wall Street kicks off with Jordan Belfort becoming a stockbroker by a firm that is well established. He is misled with his boss Mark Hanna to engage in drugs in order to be successful. After a series 7 exam he gets a broker’s license. However, he loses his job later due to firm failing. Given the slack in this field, he meets up with Donnie Azoff and they decide to start a firm together. He employs many of his friends as well as his coworkers who had been laid off.

The company does well and soon turns into a billion dollar company. He later invites his parents who are both accountants to take care of his finances. Belfort gets into a luxurious life and cheats on his wife with a number of prostitutes. The FBI and securities exchange investigates Belfort’s company. The wolf of the Wall Street gets more interesting as Belfort is arrested. He is sentenced to three years imprisonment. The movie comes to an end with Belfort teaching at a seminar in New Zealand.
